I'm a Boutique Gym located in Lebanon Tn. Specializing in Fitness Training and nutritional coaching. Providing workouts and services with a high experiential factor, smaller, more intimate class sizes, and strong sense of belonging. Plus, a comradery that can’t be ignored. The whole “vibe attracts your tribe” is applicable here! This is so more than just a place to train. I aim to project positivity, good health and well being into every part of my clients daily lives. The class is led by an amazing Trainer and for an hour you’re pushed to your limits in a unique blend of fun, intensity, and camaraderie. With over 50 years of success and experience, I’m capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. My program includes a sensible eating plan, mindful exercise and all the motivation you’ll need to ensure the best results. I’ll be right there with you every step of the way to keep you on track and motivated.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be a challenge on many levels. My goal is to teach you the proper way to eat and exercise and have some fun in the process.
