This is personal training within a small group. Every class is designed with intention for you. Individual guidance, correction and modification are part of every class, so that each person experiences true success. Classes are held inside my "boutique" gym and I am the only trainer/coach that you will ever see. Body Fat Analysis and weekly food critique are available at no extra charge. This is 4 weeks all about moving, eating and feeling "BETTER"!

Stay healthy and fit without leaving your home. Zoom In and you’ll get the same heart pounding workout that you would get inside my gym.
You may join my 4 week Small Group Personal Training @ 6am or 6pm.. You’ll get 4 workouts a week, along with my “Eating for Abs” plan, which is a sensible plan for life. Body fat analysis and weekly food critique are also available at no extra charge. You'll need a yoga mat, dumbbells, resistance tube and band. Jump rope, medicine ball, stability ball and pilates ring are optional.

A series of 4 consecutive Saturdays
8:00am - 9:30am
Semi Private for 8 people
Start your weekend with a 90 minute Strength and Conditioning workout. Semi private Personal Training for 8 people. Each person will have their own weights, bench, TRX, Stability Ball, Med Ball, Jump Rope and anything else I can round up. You’ll get 30 minutes of “HIIT” cardio, 30 minutes of Strength and 30 minutes of Abs, Old School Hip Circuits and a nice long Stretch. It’s the perfect way to start your Saturday.
Are you off your game and need a little motivation to get you back on track? Schedule a single, 60 minute session and I’ll be happy to help.
Join me in creating your fitness goals and achieve long-term results that will last! Your Personal Training Package includes an initial in-depth interview and assessment to determine your current fitness level, future goals and present lifestyle. Body Fat Analysis and weekly food critique are also available, at no extra charge. Based on the results and information gathered during the consultation, I will create a customized fitness program and eating plan to help you obtain your specific goals.

This 30 minute session is designed for my small group personal training clients. Add an extra 30 minutes either before or after your normal class. All 4 sessions must be used within 4 weeks or you lose those sessions. You pick the focus and I'll make it happen.

If you’re motivated to workout on your own and just need a plan, I can help. I’ll custom fit a 4 week workout and eating program to get you “jump started”. We’ll weigh, body fat and measure at the beginning and end of the 4 weeks. This program is not meant to be a “quick fix”. This is simply to see what positive changes can occur in 4 short weeks. If you make positive changes to your eating habits and get off the sofa, you will be better! There is method to my madness and if you follow the plan, it will work!
Eating well and staying mobile is always going to make you better. When you are better, you are happy. When you are happy, so is everyone around you.
